Siida (museum)
Large exhibition center in the village of Inari Siida that near Lake Inari, was opened in 1998.
It is a museum of the Sami culture, which is included in a complex open-air museum, as well as Upper Lapland Nature Centre.
In this outdoor museum you can see about 50 buildings and houses ancient Sami dwelling hunters and fishermen. And in the exhibition hall presents everyday objects glacial period. The museum's exhibits represent different era to the early 20th century, these include archival documents, photographs and other historical treasures.
On the territory of the museum complex is a conference room for various scientific seminars and restaurant.
